Modeļu un metožu izstrāde lietišķai intelektuālai programmatūrai pamatojoties uz izkliedētu mākslīgo intelektu, zināšanu pārvaldību un progresīvām tīmekļa tehnoloģijām

MODEĻU UN METOŽU IZSTRĀDE LIETIŠĶAI INTELEKTUĀLAI PROGRAMMATŪRAI PAMATOJOTIES UZ IZKLIEDĒTU MĀKSLĪGO INTELEKTU, ZINĀŠANU PĀRVALDĪBU UN PROGRESĪVĀM TĪMEKĻA TEHNOLOĢIJĀM

 

Laika posmā no 2013. līdz 2016. gadam RTU DITF Lietišķo datorsistēmu institūtā tika īstenots LZP fundamentālo un lietišķo pētījumu projekts Nr. 342/2012 «Modeļu un metožu izstrāde lietišķai intelektuālai programmatūrai pamatojoties uz izkliedētu mākslīgo intelektu, zināšanu pārvaldību un progresīvām tīmekļa tehnoloģijām». Projektu vadīja profesors Jānis Grundspeņķis, tā kopējais budžets bija 125 024 EUR, un tajā bija iesaistīti 20 dalībnieki.

 

Projekta kopējais mērķis bija izstrādāt lietišķās intelektuālās programmatūras izstrādes un projektēšanas vispārīgas metodoloģijas, kas ļauj integrēt: sistēmas arhitektūru un ietvara prototipu; daudzaģentu sistēmas; ontoloģiju un servisu orientētas arhitektūras; daudzaģentu un zināšanu pārvaldības modeļus; tīmekļa tehnoloģijās sakņotas lietišķās programmatūras izstrādes metodes, kā arī izstrādāt zināšanu pārvaldības un MDA pieejas, kas ar specifisku modeļu palīdzību nodrošina informācijas un zināšanu apstrādi konkrētu uzdevumu veikšanai.

 

Pētījumi tika veikti šādos virzienos: 1) projektēšanas metodoloģijas un sistēmas arhitektūras izstrāde daudzaģentu sistēmu, ontoloģiju un servisa orientētu arhitektūru integrēšanai (vadītājs profesors Jānis Grundspeņķis); 2) mūsdienu tīmekļa tehnoloģiju un programmatūras atkārtotas lietošanas modeļu integrēšana lietišķās intelektuālās programmatūras izveidē (vadītājs profesors Leonīds Novickis); 3) informācijas sistēmu zināšanu pārvaldība darba sistēmu tīklos (vadītāja profesore Mārīte Kirikova); 4) topoloģiskā funkcionēšanas modeļa modificēšana un piemērošana procedurālo zināšanu modelēšanai no skaitļošanas neatkarīgajā modelī CIM (vadītājs profesors Jānis Osis); 5) modeļvadāmas programmatūras izstrādes atbalsts ar divpusložu modeli (vadītāja profesore Oksana Ņikiforova).

 

 

REZULTĀTI

 

4. posms (2016. gads)

 

Projekta 4. posmā tika izstrādāts ontoloģijā balstītas daudzaģentu sistēmas ietvars, kas nodrošina augstu adaptivitātes līmeni, ko sasniedz, realizējot spējas autonomi mainīt zināšanas un arī zināšanu struktūras, atbilstoši apmācības rezultātiem. Šis ietvars ļauj pilnībā izstrādāt autonomas daudzaģentu sistēmas. Tika pilnveidota metodoloģija sistematizētai RESTFul semantiskā tīmekļa servisu izstrādei, izmantojot SADI (Semantic Automated Discovery and Integration) ietvaru, un metodoloģija, kas automatizē programmatūras izstrādes posmā veiktās IT operācijas. Izmantojot šīs metodoloģijas tika izstrādāti vairāki semantiskā tīmekļa servisi, kas mēģina semantiski anotēt informāciju, kas tiek saņemta no e-LOGMAR portālā pieejamiem ar loģistiku saistītiem tīmekļa servisiem. Tika izstrādāts uzņēmumarhitektūras apraksta valodā ArchiMate sakņots informācijas cirkulācijas atspoguļošanas un analīzes modelis, kas ļauj izvērtēt informācijas cirkulāciju zināšanu, informācijas un datu līmeņos. Turpinot pētījumus divpusložu modelī sakņotas programmatūras izstrādes pieejas uzlabošanā, tika pētītas UML diagrammu attēlošanas un modeļu importēšanas/eksportēšanas problēmas, kā arī uzsākti pētījumi modeļu kompozīcijas uzdevuma risināšanai. Tika veikta prasību definēšana no skaitļošanas neatkarīga modeļa CIM konstruēšanas rīkiem MDA kontekstā un realizēts CIM konstruēšanas rīku kopas pilotprojekts, izmantojot dabīgajā valodā izteiktas procedurālās problēmvides zināšanas.

 

3. posms (2015. gads)

 

Projekta trešajā posmā tika izpētītas servisu orientētas arhitektūras (SOA) ar mērķi identificēt to integrēšanas iespējas ar daudzaģentu pieeju efektīvai programmatūras izstrādei. Rezultātā tika izstrādātas rekomendācijas SOA integrēšanai daudzaģentu sistēmas arhitektūrā. Bez tam tika izstrādāta daudzaģentu sistēmas, ontoloģijas un SOA integrēšanas metode, kas pamatojas uz projekta otrajā posmā iegūtajiem rezultātiem par ontoloģiju un aģentu modelēšanas notāciju lietojumu, integrēšanas koncepcija un tai atbilstošā ietvara prototips. Pamatojoties uz 2014. gadā izstrādāto pieeju un EAF (Environment-Action-Framework) metodoloģiju, tika izstrādāts programmatūras prototips (rīks), kas realizē lietišķās intelektuālās programmatūras konfigurācijas uzturēšanu un pārvaldību, kā arī vairāki semantiskā tīmekļa servisi. Informācijas cirkulācijas pētījumos galvenā uzmanība tika pievērsta darba sistēmu atspoguļošanas savietojumam ar uzņēmumarhitektūru un biznesa procesu modeļiem. Respektējot faktu, ka informācijas cirkulācijā būtiska nozīme ir laikam, tika mēģināts veidot savietojumu ar laika modeli. Balstoties uz iepriekšējā posmā iegūtiem rezultātiem par sākotnējo transformācijas likumu kopas UML diagrammu veidošanai aprobāciju, tiek veikta šīs sākotnējas kopas korekcija un papildināšana ar jauniem likumiem, kā arī attiecībā uz modeļu apmaiņas rezultātiem starp rīkiem tiek izvirzītas papildus prasības rīkam BrainTool, kas atbalsta divpusložu modelī sakņotu UML diagrammu ģenerēšanu un to importu citos UML rīkos. Tika pētīta un aprobēta cēloņu–seku (topoloģisko) attiecību ieviešana un attēlošana topoloģiskajā funkcionēšanas modelī, kā arī veikta aprobācijas rezultātu izvērtēšana un rekomendāciju izstrāde programmatūras inženierijas praktiskajiem lietojumiem.

 

2. posms (2014. gads)

 

Projekta otrajā posmā tika izpētītas ontoloģiju projektēšanas metodes un izstrādātas rekomendācijas ontoloģiju un daudzaģentu sistēmu integrēšanai. Tika izpētītas arī mobilo daudzaģentu sistēmu izstrādes metodes un to lietojumi biznesa procesu atbalstam organizācijās, kā arī izstrādātas rekomendācijas. Pētījumu rezultātā tika izstrādāta integrētas sistēmas projektēšanas vispārīga metodoloģija. Tika izveidoti vairāki ietvari informācijas plūsmu pētīšanai un prasību noteikšanai pret informācijas cirkulāciju, kā arī pētīta sasaiste starp uzņēmumarhitektūru un detalizētiem procesa modeļiem. Tika izstrādāts un testēts tīmekļa ietvara demonstrācijas prototips, kā arī piedāvāta uz modeļiem balstīta programmatūras konfigurācijas pārvaldības koncepcija, kas tika pārbaudīta šī prototipa izstrādē. Bez tam tika izstrādāts algoritms loģisko attiecību ieviešanai un attēlošanai topoloģiskajā funkcionēšanas modelī un pieeja UML klašu un secību diagrammu elementu ģenerēšanai no divpusložu modeļa, kā arī turpināta rīka BrainTool otrās versijas izstrāde. Tika uzsākts darbs pie servisu orientētu arhitektūru izpētes, divpusložu modelī sakņotas programmatūras izveides metodes izstrādes un lietišķās intelektuālās programmatūras izstrādes vispārīgās metodoloģijas izveides.

 

1. posms (2013. gads)

 

Projekta pirmajā posmā saskaņā ar projekta izpildes darba plānu tika izpētītas un tālāk attīstītas daudzaģentu sistēmu projektēšanas, mobilo daudzaģentu sistēmu izstrādes un lietišķo intelektuālo sistēmu izstrādes metodes, kā arī ontoloģiju projektēšanas metodoloģijas; tika uzsākts darbs pie vairāku metožu izstrādes: metodes, kas garantē zināšanu un informācijas nodrošinājumu konceptuālā un fiziskā līmeņa atbilstību monitoringā, kā arī atbilstību/neatbilstību atspoguļošanu; metodes, kas ļauj īstenot lietišķās intelektuālās programmatūras konfigurācijas pārvaldību; metodes, kas atbalsta divpusložu modelī sakņotas programmatūras izveidi un pie metodes topoloģisko attiecību iegūšanai no problēmvides neformāla apraksta. Papildus tika strādāts pie rekomendāciju izveides attiecībā uz ontoloģiju un daudzaģentu sistēmu integrēšanu, mobilo daudzaģentu sistēmu izstrādi un lietojumiem biznesa procesu atbalstam organizācijās, kā arī uzsākts darbs pie divpusložu modeļa transformācijas likumu aprobācijas un algoritma izstrādes loģisko attiecību attēlošanai TFM.
