Born February 12, 1983. Holds MSc degree in Computer Science and Information Technologies from Riga Technical University (2007). Since 2007 is a PhD student in RTU, the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Institute of Applied Computer Systems. Works in SIA Baltic Technology Group and currently occupies the Analyst - Programmer position. Has participated in several strategically important enterprise software development projects in finance, state and local government as well as education spheres in Latvia, Italy, Britain and the United States using .NET and J2EE technologies.
